1 Introduction and Applicability

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 555tap is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We accept deposits through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Minimum deposit: ৳100
- Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawals
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
- Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- An offer cannot be used more than once.
- The deposit must be completed before the bonus is credited.
- If abuse of a bonus is found, 555tap reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
- 555tap reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5 VIP Program and Cashback
555tap's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and regular participation on the platform. VIP cashback is also subject to wagering requirements. 555tap reserves the right to change VIP program rules at any time.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555tap:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Using any strategy with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate games.
- Participating in any coordinated cheating with other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
- Assisting minors in creating accounts or participating in games.
If any of the above prohibited activities are found, 555tap reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Validity
Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. 555tap reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
7.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension
If a sports event is cancelled or significantly altered, the relevant bets will be reviewed and the outcome determined in accordance with standard rules. In such cases, 555tap's decision is final.
7.3 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is interrupted midway due to server issues, internet disruption, or other technical faults, 555tap will arrange to restore the balance in accordance with the applicable policy.
8 Responsible Gaming
